The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“the Manager”), the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee of Atrium REIT, CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad (“CCTB”), has vide its letter dated 6 July 2015 informed the Manager of their intention to retire as the trustee of Atrium REIT.

Accordingly, the Managers will apply to the Securities Commission (“SC”) for the appointment of the new trustee of Atrium REIT in place of the retiring trustee, CCTB in compliance with the Clause 4.01 of the SC’s Guideline on REIT.

Further details of the new trustee of Atrium REIT will be announced once the SC has approved the appointment of the new trustee.
