The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT wishes to announce that the Manager and CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad have on 19 February 2016 entered into a Restated Deed to replace the provisions of the Deed dated 20 November 2006 as modified by a Supplementary Deed dated 25 November 2008 (which Deed as modified by the Supplementary Deed is hereinafter referred to as “the Principal Deed”) to bring the provisions of the Principal Deed to be in line with the requirements of the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts.

The Restated Deed will be submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia for registration and will only take effect on the date it is registered by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
