Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 February 2016 in relation to the Restated Deed (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“Manager”), as the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that the Manager and CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad have on 24 March 2016 executed a Restated Deed which effectively supercedes the Restated Deed entered into on 19 February 2016, in order to incorporate the feedback received from the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) during the application process for the registration of the Restated Deed with the SC.
