The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that with effect from 16 June 2018, the Trustee Fees of Atrium REIT shall be increased as follows:-
Note:* per annum based on the Net Asset Value of Atrium REIT The above increase in fees is within the authorised limit as stipulated in the Restated Trust Deed dated 24 March 2016 and Supplementary Trust Deed dated 21 April 2016. This announcement is dated 16 May 2018. |
