The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 1 November 2018 unless otherwise stated.
We refer to Atrium REIT’s announcement dated 1 November 2018 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition 1 and Proposed Acquisition 2.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Trustee (on behalf of Atrium REIT as its trustee) and the Vendor had mutually agreed to extend the period for both parties to finalise and execute the SPAs and Leaseback Agreements up to 21 December 2018. A detailed announcement on the Proposed Acquisition 1 and Proposed Acquisition 2 will be made upon the execution of the Agreements.
