ATRIUM - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 58,464,480 NEW UNITS IN ATRIUM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("ATRIUM REIT") ("RIGHTS UNIT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 2 RIGHTS UNITS FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING ATRIUM REIT UNITS HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 30 AUGUST 2019 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM1.02 PER RIGHTS UNIT ("RIGHTS ISSUE").
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Rights Issue” as from: 29 Aug 2019
2)    The last date of lodgment : 30 Aug 2019
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct<2/7>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/7>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks:-  The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the unitholders of Atrium REIT whose names appear in Atrium REITs Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 August 2019 ("Entitlement Date") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
