We refer to the announcements dated 23 July 2021 and 11 August 2021.

 

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that Pacific Trustees Berhad, the Trustee of Atrium REIT (“Trustee”), had filed the following applications on 23 August 2021 for the following matters:-

 

  1. Stay of execution pursuant to Order 45 Rules 11 of the Rules of Court 2012; and
  2. Striking out the Notice of Application (Ex Parte) dated 2 August 2021 and the Order For Garnishee To Show Cause dated 6 August 2021 pursuant to Order 92 Rules 4 of the Rules of Court 2012.

 

The hearing of the matters is fixed on 27 August 2021.
