We refer to the announcements dated 23 July 2021, 11 August 2021, 24 August 2021 and 28 October 2021.

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that pursuant to the hearing of the Stay of Execution of Judgement Pending Appeal Application ("Stay Application") on 11 November 2021, the Court has given the following directions in relation to the Stay Application:-

1. Plaintiff to file an affidavit in reply by 25 November 2021;
2. Defendant to file an affidavit in reply by 9 December 2021;
3. Plaintiff and Defendant to file written submission simultaneously by 17 December 2021;
4. Plaintiff and Defendant to file written submission in reply simultaneously by 30 December 2021; and
5. The Stay Application is fixed for decision on 6 January 2022.

The Garnishees Order to show cause is adjourned for hearing on 6 January 2022.

Any material development will be announced accordingly.
