We refer to the announcements dated 23 July 2021, 11 August 2021, 24 August 2021, 28 October 2021 and 11 November 2021.

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management on 3 January 2022 in respect of the appeal to the High Court, the High Court has given the following directions:-

1. Written Submission to be filed on 19 January 2022 (Wednesday);
2. Submission in Reply to be filed on 9 February 2022 (Wednesday); and
3. Hearing date is fixed on 16 February 2022 (Wednesday).

Furthermore, the Sessions Court has, on 6 January 2022, granted a conditional stay of the execution of the Judgement, on the condition that the Defendant pays the Judgement sum to the Plaintiff’s solicitors as stakeholder pending the High Court appeal.

The Sessions Court further ordered that the Judgement sum shall be paid into the Plaintiff’s solicitors’ clients’ account within two (2) weeks from the date hereof, and fixed the matter for further case management on 28 January 2022.

Any material development will be announced accordingly.
