The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT"), wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, the trustee of Axis-REIT, has carried out the revaluation exercise on the following properties of Axis-REIT pursuant to Clause 10.03 of the REIT Guidelines ("Revaluation") :- a) Seberang Prai Logistic Warehouse 3 b) Axis Vista c) Bayan Lepas Distribution Centre The details of the Revaluation is contained in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 20 October 2014.
