Remarks :

1) The basic earnings per unit for the quarter ended 31 December 2016 of 2.20 sen (2015: 1.54 sen) per unit under item 5 above includes an unrealized basic earnings per unit of 0.10 sen (2015: unrealized basic loss of 0.44 sen) per unit, which is non-distributable; 

2) The basic earnings per unit for the current year ended 31 December 2016 of 11.10 sen (2015: 8.81 sen) per unit under item 5 above includes an unrealized basic earnings per unit of 2.91 sen (2015: 0.46 sen) per unit, which is non-distributable.
