Remarks :

(1) The profit/(loss) for the period ended 31 December 2017 of RM44,091,000 (2016:RM24,266,000) under item 3 above includes a revaluation gain of RM20,524,000 (2016:RM197,000).

(2) The basic earnings per unit for the current quarter ended 31 December 2017 of 3.87 sen (2016: 2.20 sen) per unit under item 5 above includes an unrealized basic earnings per unit of 1.92 sen (2016: unrealized basic earnings per unit of 0.10 sen) per unit, which is non-distributable.
