Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 April 2013 in relation to the IDRP that allows unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution in new units in Axis-REIT applicable to the 2013 First Interim Income Distribution. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Notice of Election in relation to the aforesaid IDRP will be despatched to the unitholders of Axis-REIT on 16 May 2013. This announcement is dated 15 May 2013.
