(Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcement dated 8 October 2019, unless otherwise stated) Reference is made to the announcement relating to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property dated 8 October 2019. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property situated at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan from K-Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd. The acquisition of the Property has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 8 October 2019. This announcement is dated 28 February 2020.
