The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, the trustee for Axis-REIT, has on XX November 2020, entered into sale and purchase agreements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of the Properties, for and on behalf of Axis-REIT. Please refer to the attachment below for the details of the Proposed Acquisition of the Properties. This announcement is dated 19 November 2020.
