Outcome of Meeting

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, being the management company of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (“Axis-REIT”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of Unitholders’ Meeting of Axis-REIT dated 16 November 2021 were duly passed by the unitholders of Axis-REIT at the Unitholders’ Meeting held on virtual basis today.

The voting in respect of the ordinary resolutions were carried out by way of a poll and the results of the poll were validated by KPMG PLT, the independent scrutineer appointed by Axis-REIT.
