Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 April 2022 in relation to the IDRP that allows unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution in new units in Axis-REIT applicable to the 2022 First Interim Income Distribution. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the IDRP Statement and the Notice of Election in relation to the aforesaid IDRP will be despatched to the unitholders of Axis-REIT on 20 May 2022. This announcement is dated 19 May 2022.
