Description	Increase in Unitholdings of the Directors & Alternate Director of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis Real Estate Invesment Trust (“Axis-REIT”) pursuant to the Recurrent and Optional Income Distribution Reinvestment Plan (“IDRP”) applicable to 2012 Second Interim Income Distribution
The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT (“Manager”), wishes to announce that certain Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager have exercised the IDRP which was applied to the 2012 Second Interim Income Distribution of Axis-REIT and the details of the increase in their unitholdings in Axis-REIT pursuant to the IDRP are presented in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 13 September 2012. *Remarks:* The increase in the unitholdings of the Directors and Alternate Director of the Manager pursuant to the IDRP took place outside closed period of Axis-REIT.
