Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 October 2023, 8 November 2023 and 10 November 2023 in relation to the IDRP that allows the unitholders of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") to reinvest their income distribution into new units in Axis-REIT applicable to the 2023 Third Interim Income Distribution. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the IDRP Statement and the Notice of Election in relation to the aforesaid IDRP will be despatched to the unitholders of Axis-REIT on 23 November 2023. This announcement is dated 22 November 2023.
