Description	AXIS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("AXIS-REIT") RECURRENT AND OPTIONAL INCOME DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN ("IDRP") APPLICABLE TO THE 2025 THIRD INTERIM INCOME DISTRIBUTION
(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcement dated 23 October 2025 and 24 October 2025 in relation to the IDRP (“Announcements”)) Reference is made to the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 29 October 2025, approved the listing and quotation of up to 13,973,438 new Units to be issued pursuant to the 2025 IDRP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Application”). The approval of Bursa Securities for the Application is subject to, among others, the following conditions: (i) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the 2025 IDRP; and (ii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the 2025 IDRP and to furnish a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and condition of Bursa Securities’ approval once the 2025 IDRP is completed. This announcement is dated 29 October 2025.
