(Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcement dated 22 April 2024, unless otherwise stated) Reference is made to the announcement relating to the Proposed Acquisition of the Properties dated 22 April 2024. The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, paid the First Instalment in respect of the Property 2 (comprising a deferred payment of 50% of the Property 2 Balance Purchase Price) to RHB’s solicitors in accordance to the terms of SPA 2. Pursuant thereof, the vacant possession of the Property 2 has been delivered to RHB today in accordance with the terms and conditions of SPA 2. This announcement is dated 5 December 2025.
