(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements dated 23 October 2025, 24 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 4 November 2025, 27 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the IDRP (“Announcements”)) Reference is made to the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that based on the valid Income Distribution Reinvestment Forms received by Axis-REIT’s registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Axis-REIT will be required to issue 4,120,768 new Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 33.88% of 12,163,968 (net of withholding tax), being the total number of new Units that would have been issued pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution, had all the entitled Unitholders elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution into new Units. This announcement is dated 17 December 2025.
