The unitholders capital of Axis-REIT after the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution is approximately RM2.60 billion after netting-off estimated expenses of approximately RM221,000 in relation to the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution.

The IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution will be completed with the listing and quotation of the New Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 22 December 2025.
