(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements dated 23 October 2025, 24 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 4 November 2025, 27 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 17 December 2025 and 19 December 2025 in relation to the IDRP (“Announcements”)) Reference is made to the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the New Units have been issued and allotted on 19 December 2025 pursuant to the IDRP applicable to the 2025 Third Interim Income Distribution. The New Units are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 22 December 2025. With the listing of the New Units, the enlarged fund size of Axis-REIT is 2,024,894,950 Units. This announcement is dated 22 December 2025.
