ACQUISITIONS BY BEDI BERHAD ("BEDI") OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN SEJATI SENTRAL (SANDAKAN) SDN BHD AND FYT LAND (KK) SDN BHD FROM BEDI DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD FOR AN AGGREGATE CASH CONSIDERATION OF APPROXIMATELY RM38.87 MILLION ("ACQUISITIONS")

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 22 June 2026 and 10 August 2026 and the circular dated 11 September 2026 in relation to the Acquisitions ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, New Paradigm wishes to announce that all Conditions Precedent of the SSAs have been fulfilled on 28 September 2026 and accordingly, the Acquisitions have become unconditional in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSAs.
