Ms Leong Lian Jia has more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit and corporate management, with experience across the manufacturing, mobile technology and healthcare sectors.
She was previously the Head of Clinic Finance Southeast Asia of Rhea Fertility Group, where she was responsible for financial management, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, as well as supporting the Group business expansion initiatives for its clinics in Southeast Asia.
Prior to that, she served as Assistant Director, Group Operations Finance of TMC Life Sciences Group from 2014 to 2023, where she was responsible for operations finance, taxation, budgeting and forecasting, business case modelling and treasury functions.
From 2013 to 2014, she was the Financial Controller of Hiap Huat Holdings Berhad, overseeing the finance function of the Group scheduled waste management business. From 2004 to 2012, she served as Group Finance and Operations Manager of Gen-X Technology Sdn. Bhd., where she oversaw the Group finance, taxation and treasury functions.
Earlier in her career, she served as Corporate Accountant / Finance Manager of Super Enterprise Holdings Berhad from 2002 to 2004, Accountant of MB Industries Sdn Bhd (Fiamma Group) from 2000 to 2002, and Audit Senior of Folks DFK & Co. from 1996 to 2000.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, taxation, business case modelling, funding arrangements and regional finance operations. |
