The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company, namely Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The Share Registrar has also updated its email address to "is.enquiry@vistra.com" and discontinued the use of its fax number. There is no change to the Share Registrar's registered address and telephone number.
