Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 15 January 2026 and 20 February 2026. The Board of Directors of Wawasan wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"):-

 

1. MOU dated 15 January 2026 between Kester Sdn. Bhd. and Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company

- There is no new development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 20 February 2026.
