	            Working experience and occupation 
	            
Mr. Lee Cong Quan ("Mr. Lee") is the Group Chief Executive Officer of MKA group of companies ("MKA Group") and has over 13 years of experience in the mobility and performance automotive sector. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction, management and performance of MKA Group.

During his tenure, he has led the transformation of MKA Group from a traditional automotive components business into a diversified group with core interests in Mobility, Real Estate, Technology, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods ("FMCG") and Investment. He also oversaw the MKA Group's regional expansion beyond Malaysia, establishing operations across Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand, with strategic representation in Singapore, China, Italy and India.

Mr. Lee has strengthened MKA Group's corporate governance, operational discipline and capital management, while driving digital transformation and scalable operating frameworks to support long-term growth. Within the Mobility Division, he has enhanced manufacturing, distribution and retail operations in line with international standards.

In addition, he also places emphasis on sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") practices, including responsible sourcing and recycling initiatives. He also supports industry development through initiatives such as promoting rider safety and grassroots motorsports.
