The Board of Directors of EI Power Berhad wishes to announce that EI Power Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the EI Power Berhad, had on 9 September 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Elitesoft Asia Sdn. Bhd. to acquire a piece of freehold land held under individual title H.S.(D) 284618, PT 2975, Bandar Glenmarie, District of Petaling, State of Selangor, measuring 1,495.09 square metres, together with a two-and-a-half (2 and 1/2) storey semi-detached factory erected thereon and bearing the assessment address of No. 17, Jalan Pelukis U1/46B, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor for a cash consideration of RM17.2 million.
