Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 6 November 2023, 3 September 2024, 14 November 2025 and 26 May 2026 in relation to the Material Litigation for Writ of Summon No. MA-22NCC-22-10/2023 served by Surian Creations Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff") against a former director, Dato' Sri Lim Teck Boon and 26 ors ("Defendants"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of Euro wishes to announce that pursuant to the court hearing held on 8 September 2026, the High Court of Melaka had allowed the Plaintiff's Reinstatement Application and Amendment Application in the interest of justice for the Plaintiff and not to deprive the Plaintiff of their day in court due to their solicitors' conduct. Accordingly, the Plaintiff's solicitors are directed to pay a total costs of RM10,000.00 (RM5,000.00 for each application) to each set of solicitors within 30 days from 8 September 2026, failing which the Court may exercise its discretion to dismiss the Plaintiff's claim.

As the suit is reinstated, the various interlocutory applications filed by the parties prior to the striking out of the Plaintiff's claim on 26 May 2026, including Euro's application for a determination of the suit via Order 14A / Order 33 of the Rules of Court 2012 is fixed for hearing on 16 November 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
