INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of Infomina is pleased to announce that Infomina had accepted the Surat Setuju Terima ("SST") from the Kementerian Dalam Negeri ("KDN") on 27 October 2026.

DETAILS OF THE SST

The Company's roles under the SST include providing maintenance and technical support services for the core application systems (Sistem Aplikasi Utama) of Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara Malaysia ("JPN") on a performance-based contract basis. The services to be provided by Infomina comprise system maintenance, technical support, data and file management, as well as user training, technical courses and review workshops.

The tenure of the SST is twenty-four (24) months, commencing from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028 ("Period"). The value of the SST is RM32,111,556.12 (excluding service tax) for the entire Period. Any further renewal or extension of the SST after the Period shall be at the discretion of KDN.

RISK FACTOR

The risk factors associated with the SST are the same as those presently faced by Infomina.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The SST is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Infomina Group over the Period.

INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM

The acceptance of the SST is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of Infomina and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the SST.
