Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to announce that JCB had disposed securities quoted on certain stock exchanges ("Quoted Securities") where the aggregate disposal consideration on 7 July 2026, in the preceding of 12 months which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of JCB's audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2025.
