The Board of Directors of Kinergy wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad of up to ten per centum (10%) of the issued share capital ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting.
A Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority pertaining thereto will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
