The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of the shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed RRPT Mandate") at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced.

A Circular to Shareholders which sets out the detail of the Proposed RRPT Mandate will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
