Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(25) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("KPGB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Acumen Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 198701002209 (160879-H)) ("Acumen"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has subscribed for 70,000,000 new ordinary shares in ES Sunlogy Berhad ("ES Sunlogy"), a public company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, at an issue price of RM0.2680 per share pursuant to a private placement exercise undertaken by ES Sunlogy ("Private Placement"). The said new ordinary shares subscribed by Acumen pursuant to the Private Placement have been listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 16 July 2026.

The subscription represents approximately 9.0909% of the enlarged issued share capital of ES Sunlogy, for a total subscription consideration of RM18,760,000.00.
