The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" or "KPGB" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 23 July 2026 received and accepted a letter of award dated 22 July 2026 from a customer, in respect of the sub-contract for the execution and completion of civil, structural and basic low-voltage mechanical and electrical works in the Klang Valley for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Two Million and Five Thousand Only (RM52,500,000.00).
