The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" or "KPGB" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("KPM") has on 12 August 2026 accepted a letter of award dated 10 August 2026, which was received by KPM on 10 August 2026 from Sunway Majestic Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the construction and completion of a main building works at Lot 4460, Jalan Yahya Awal, Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Twenty-Three Million Only (RM223,000,000).
