The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that a consortium comprising its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("KPMSB"), Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn. Bhd. ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jati Tinggi Group Berhad and Betapac Sdn. Bhd. ("BSB"), namely, JTHSB-KPMSB-BSB Joint Venture, an unincorporated joint venture has on 21 October 2026 received a letter of award from Tenaga National Berhad ("TNB"), in respect of a contract works for the establishment of PMU 500/275/132/33/11kV Paka GIS, Terengganu for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Sixty Eight Million One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Four and Sen Thirty Only (RM568,198,624.30) ("Contract"). On 22 October 2026, JTHSB-KPMSB-BSB Joint Venture accepted the award.
