Cik Nurshazwani Abd Malek was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Malakoff Corporation Berhad in July 2026, having served as Head of Group Finance & Account Department since April 2024.

She has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking operations, and audit and assurance. Her current responsibilities encompass financial reporting, financial planning, treasury, taxation and procurement, including cash flow and liquidity management, financial risk management, sourcing and expenditure governance.

Prior to joining Malakoff, she held leadership positions in EXIM Banks Finance & Accounting Department from 2018 to 2024. She previously served with Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2017, progressing to Manager, with experience in financial reporting and due diligence across various industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
