PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION OF SHARES IN BUMIDOTEARTH SDN. BHD ("BUMIDOTEARTH")

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company's announcement on 8 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

 

We refer to the earlier announcement dated 8 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

 

The Board of Directors of MBGB wishes to announce that the Proposed Subscription was completed on 31 July 2026. Following the completion of the Proposed Subscription, Bumidotearth has become a 51%-owned indirect subsidiary of MBGB, held via MBESB.

 

This announcement is dated 3 August 2026.
