 We refer to the Company's announcement on 17 June 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of the Company wishes to inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Board had approved the appointment of Messrs Forvis Mazars PLT as the new Auditors of the Company.
