Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that 229,664,000 options were offered on 18 August 2026 pursuant to the Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"), at an option price of RM0.0045 to eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries that are not dormant.
