Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK") wishes to announce that the information required under Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities in relation to the financial assistance provided by the direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of OSK as at 30 June 2026 is set out in the attachments. 

OSK Mumawal Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSK, has not extended or received any loans/advances to or from any party in the ordinary course of its business. Accordingly, there were no outstanding loans/advances for the financial quarter ended 30 June 2026.

OSK RF Sdn. Bhd. (formerly know as PH Keystone Capital Sdn. Bhd.), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of OSK, has not extended or received any loans/advances to or from any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender. Accordingly, there were no outstanding loans/advances from 12 June 2026 (the effective date of the Moneylending Licence) up to the financial quarter ended 30 June 2026.
