Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 23 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 21 February 2025, 21 May 2025, 21 August 2025, 21 November 2025 and 20 February 2026 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii ("Announcements").

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

By obtaining Level 5 in the Supplier Competitiveness Level ("SCL") as awarded by MARii, Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd ("PLSB") has been offered the opportunity to further evaluate the Company's IR4.0 readiness through another initiative introduced by MARii, namely the Automotive Smart Manufacturing Badge Programme ("Auto-SMART"), which is scheduled to be held in May 2026.

Through Auto-SMART, PLSB looks forward to identifying key areas for improvement that will enable the Company to achieve smart manufacturing status in line with the Government's IR4.0 agenda.
