Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 October 2025, 7 January 2026, 6 April 2026 and 6 July 2026 in relation to the MOU signed between PASSB and BRSB ("Announcements").
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to provide the following updates:
- Both parties will continue to explore and evaluate potential areas of collaboration.
- No specific project, commercial arrangement or definitive agreement has been finalised or entered into, and there has been no material development arising from the collaboration.
