The Board of Directors of Pekat ("Board") is pleased to announce that Pekat Solar Sdn. Bhd. ("Pekat Solar"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 May 2026, entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad ("Dutch Lady" or "Customer") to generate and supply solar photovoltaic energy generated from the solar photovoltaic electric power generation systems to be developed by Pekat Solar.
