The Board of Directors of PMW ("Board") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PMW Marketing Sdn. Bhd. ("PMSB") had on 29 June 2026 entered into a Supply and Delivery Agreement ("Agreement") with Global Technological Support Sdn. Bhd. ("GTS") [Registration No. 198701004413 (163083-P)] for the provision of supply and delivery of spun concrete poles for the Point of Presence Phase 2 ("POP2") Infrastructure and Fibre Optics Hub Project ("POP2 Project"), with value of approximately RM11.84 million.
