The Board of Directors of PMW wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PMW Winabumi Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Winabumi Sdn. Bhd.) ("PWSB"), has achieved significant milestones in relation to the construction of its new manufacturing facility at Kawasan Perindustrian Bemban, Perak ("Bemban Facility" or "Facility").
- PWSB has on 14 July 2026 accepted Islamic Banking Facilities ("Banking Facilities") granted by Maybank Islamic Berhad [Registration No. 200701029411 (787435-M)]; and
- PWSB has on 15 July 2026 issued a Letter of Award to ECJ Construction Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201501011564 (1136899-X)] for the construction of the production area and ancillary building of Bemban Facility.
Bemban Facility is part of the strategic expansion strategy of PMW and its subsidiaries to strengthen its manufacturing capacity and support long-term business growth.
