The Board of Directors of PMW wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PMW Marketing Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401008191 (293870-H)], had on 30 September 2026 entered into a Supplemental Agreement ("SA") with the following parties:

(i)     EDOTCO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 198501016343 (148800-H)];

(ii)     Alam Mindscape Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200601023745 (743499-T)];

(iii)    Alam Matrix Towers Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200301021857 (624277-D)]; and

(iv)    Yiked Bina Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200001026421 (529028-H);

The SA extend the existing Master Framework Agreement ("MFA") for the design, fabrication and supply of concrete poles. Pursuant to the SA, the MFA has been extended for a further period of three (3) years until 30 April 2029.
